We provide community services to support vulnerable groups and ensure equity throughout Canadian provinces and globally
Empowering vulnerable communities and women locally and globally through education, advocacy, and support, our mission is to create a more equitable world where every woman and young person has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. In Canada and beyond, we champion equity & inclusion, elevate voices, promote women-led initiatives, and foster sustainable change through collaborative partnerships and innovative programs
We are on Indigenous land in Treaty 6 territory. Land occupied, travelled, and cared for by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial. We respectfully acknowledge that we are a settler in Amiskwaciwâskahikan ᐊᒥᐢᑲᐧᒋᐋᐧᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᐣ (Edmonton) - a traditional meeting ground, gathering place, and travelling route of the nêhiyawak (Cree), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux), Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, Dene, and Nakota Sioux. As such,we commit to actively working to challenge and dismantle practices of colonialism and white supremacy, and acknowledge that this is a process requiring ongoing accountability.
We work to influence policies that impact vulnerable communities, ensuring that governments and institutions address systemic inequalities. Through research, community engagement, and collaboration with policymakers, we drive meaningful change for racialized, displaced, and marginalized groups.
From mentorship programs to emergency aid, we provide tangible support to individuals and families in need. Our initiatives focus on education, skills development, mental health resources, and economic empowerment, helping people thrive despite systemic barriers.
While rooted in Canada, our mission extends worldwide. We collaborate with grassroots organizations, amplify women-led initiatives, and support sustainable development efforts to create lasting change across borders
